We accept Medicare and most PPOs.  Drs Gopi and Mandeep Ayer accept Santa Clara IPA HMO patients.

We use a secure electronic medical record system called EPIC which allows patients access to their records and our office through an internet portal. 

Go to https://mycare.elcaminohospital.org and click the Sign Up Now link in the New User box. Important Note: You can only sign up after your visit.

When you visit us you will be given an opportunity to sign up for our electronic practice portal, using a personalized secure access code.  The portal will give you electronic access to your records and our staff so that you may communicate with us through the internet.  You may use the portal to make non-urgent requests relating to your medical care.  If you have any technical problems with the portal, after receiving the access code during your appointment, please email myCareHelp@elcaminohospital.org.

Most of our patients use Good Samaritan and El Camino Los Gatos.  You may also use any hospital you prefer.  You should also verify the preferences of your insurance.

We use a "hospitalist team" that cares for patients who are staying in the hospital for care.

These are doctors that specialize in the care of hospitalized patients. They will stay in communication with your regular primary care doctor to coordinate your care inside and outside the hospital.

No, all our services are by appointment only.

In a life threatening emergency you need to call 911.  If you are not having an emergency then you may call our office number and be connected to an advice nurse who would help you decide whether to go the hospital, urgent care, use home treatments, or to seek care during normal business hours.

The purpose of the general physical exam is to cover issues not already addressed during visits for acute and chronic illness, such as preventative care, tests, and immunizations. Click here for an explanation of how we bill for appointments.
